Banderlog HEI Converter, do I need one..

I am going to be ordering my banderlog valve and was wondering if I need a HEI converter with it. I will be running a MSD Pro billet distributor and an MSD 7AL box. I cannot find the specs on it about the application of the converter. Thanks.
