My nozzle o-ring blew out some how, i have taken it apart, needs a new one, any ideas where i can get one by fri.????????
While i have it off, would like to modify it, but need a little guidance, as not to grind off to much. i can't droop or wedge it, it is an "E" pump.

If you are not close to one of these companies there is always next day air with Rex or Cp Performance
CP's page (http://www.cpperformance.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=514)
Or Rex Marine's (http://www.rexmar.com/page129.html) 14.56 for the nozzle O ring

the o-ring i pulled out looks like a clear "hose" with a plastic covering, is that the correct one on rex marine website?

That sounds like the O-ring between the steering nozzle and the trim nozzle. You need the double O-ring, #425-122 for that. Same page of Rex catalog posted above.

Hey Greg, for somebody close to you, I got one last summer from Mike's Pump & Speed. They were in Houston, but have moved to Plantersville, which is still not too far away. www.mikespumpandspeed.com or call 'em at (832)721-9760. I dealt with Danna, they had one to me in a couple of days. Around $18.00 or so then whatever shipping.... Good luck!
