Dave is the owner of Daves Custom Boats. :p From what I understand, based on an article in Extreme Boats magazine and what I have been told, he started out rigging blank hulls from Eliminator and then struck out on his own and has created a very successful company with arguably one of the best examples of brand loyalaty in the industry.
