Some home built 454 and a Panther Jet. Jim at Performance Jet did some thrust mods to it about 3 years ago but I couldn't keep a motor together long enough to enjoy it. Its been much better since last fall though :)

Got a new batt. for the old shovelhead and had it out for awhile today.
I like that old biatch. Even more than the EG.

Don't laugh. I tried like hell to find a decent daycruiser
jet but nothing was close enough. 1500 mile trip to pick
one up and a good deal just wasn't a good deal anymore.
Oh well the wife's happy.
It's cool to see you got the whole panther setup on your mill. Don't see too many with the OEM stuff still on 'em.
Regardless I'm happy the "Blue Canoe" is on line and you seem pretty happy with the results. Do you have any perf. #'s

I'm still having handling problems in the boat haven't been able to get max RPM yet. I'm thinkin trim tabs are the solution but I'm still messing with it.
