there was a guy in texas that tried the same thing heard about it then never heard from him again that was in 93 so hope he found the missing link that the other guy did not

it probably uses more electricity to convert it to hho than a standard mig welder would use.

This is nothing new or amazing. Electric/water powered hydrogen torches have been around for quite a while. Hydrogen produced via electrolysis from water is simply an energy storage medium - NOT a source of energy. Water contains no energy, thus, it could never, EVER be used to power anything. He's just converting electricity into hydrogen because you can't put a tank full of electricity in your car. It takes far more energy to create the hydrogen than you will get back when burning it.
Bottom line is, if this guy could run a car on water alone, he would be the world's first trillionare...not some old dufus on a local news story.
