Well I had a flat on the way and a scratch. I know someone else lost an ear on a prop. How did everyone fair. Hopefully what is listed is the extent of it.

No probs here but just about got to witness a bass boat eat crap. I think he was feeling threatened this weekend with all the boats. Lets just say, he was trimed damn high and went skyward. Just about burried the nose for a 60-0 in 20 feet trick. He then went to turn around and hot rod around like nothing happened. lol

A SCRATCH????? :hammer2: :hammer2: :hammer2:
We must not be looking at the same thing. More like a screwdriver was embedded in the side of the boat in about 5 different areas, about 5 inches long    .

Nice meeting you guys up in the balcony bar thingy, and Nice to see somebody besides us with their kids taggin' along. I got a couple of scratches in my gelcoat from being side tied to the houseboat while some guy sent me some 3 foot rollers in the no wake zone  but the boat ran good ! :)

That really sucks. Are the scratches in the white or the color portion of the gel coat? If it's just the white area, I think that it can be easily matched and repaired by almost any decent fiberglass shop. If in the color, you may need someone really good (like Jeff at Smooth as Glass here on the board). He repaired some dings in the colored portion of my gel coat and you can't tell that that there was ever a flaw. Good luck. Keith

Nice meeting you too! Don't ya just love all the wake created in the 'no wake zones' :( ?? It was supposed to be a 'kid free' weekend, but it didn't end up that way, oh well...it was nice to see all the peeps that had kids with them and it was a great weekend aside from the boat carnage...hope your damage is an easy fix :) .

Very true Willie, could have been much worse! I know it's a cosmetic issue, but it just really sucks when you try to take good care of your things and this kind of sh!t happens....but, as we all know - it happens and it's still gonna happen :D :D .

It's in both the colored areas and the white area, Keith!! I really don't care how far I have to take it, I just want it to be flawless and like brand new again so definitely an excellent referral is mucho appreciated. I have Denise's calendar right here on the wall :D , so I've got Jeff's # and NicePair also recommended him too. Nice to hear that he was able to fix yours up to look good as new. Thanks for the information :) .

Hey Cale,
That sucks about the tire and scratches. I was lucky when I had my tire go, it flew straight back and at the car behind me!! :D :D
You should check out Roberto right there in Castaic.... He does a bunch of Teagues work/fixes and I saw (actually I couldn't see) where he fixed Badaxe's Hallet, it was perfect!! He had a BIG cut/hole and it was all in the blue fade near the rub rail and I swear you'd NEVER know where it happened. He matched the fade perfectly and all the lines! Good Luck with it.

Hiya Jerry...what's happenin :) ??
We lucked out, just had a slow leak and the tire was going flat, we didn't actually have a blow out. The damn gouges are from an extra small slip we were in with an exposed metal area  .
Does Roberto have a shop in Castaic or does he push a cart around??? :p :p

No cart Smart -A$$ :D :D He's in that shop just behind Carl's JR at Parker Rd. I'm telling you, his place at much to look at but his work is AMAZING !!
Send a PM to BADAXE.... He used him and I'm telling you, it was perfect!
So what are you doing in an extra small slip and no bumpers out?? Rookies!! :D

Hey Rookie the bumpers were on but a 9 foot slip with an eight three boat is tight. Had to let all the air out of the bumpers and slide them in. :p :D :D

Well....you said check out Roberto in Castaic and I just wasn't sure which one he was :) :D .
Okay smartass :D , you know we wouldn't enter a slip with no bumpers. We didn't even have 2" on each side of the boat, the bumpers would hardly fit :jawdrop: . We were the very first slip on the left and the open area was on the right corner as you enter the slip....no room for error :2purples: , not to mention there was a big ol houseboat on the end right next to our slip....so rookie this :p :D .
Thanks for the assistance with Roberto, we'll have to check into it :) .
