If he's truely 16 the mods would have boooted him since he lied on the HB entrance exam....and we all know the mods are stand up guys enforcing the rules to the letter of HB law(unless of course they're in on it;))
So who is Robin Boyer or are the mods just ignoring the rules they must govern by for entertainment value??

Ya gotta admit that he's pretty good entertainment. Figure if it was really a joke someone went pretty far creating a myspace account, AOL IM account, and all the other stuff. My vote is selective enforcement based on overall entertainment value. :D
