Yea... Dont ya feel sorry for that guy? I'm sure he's barely making ends meet. I don't get why he doesn't build 30 more boats each year. I guess the demand stays high...so does his prices. I bet it's like near impossible to squeeze a 22 into the schedule. The margins on the twin engine boats must be phenomenal.

I would think that's close, maybe low. And this boat is every bit as clean as a brand new one off the showroom floor.

Close Framer 1 paid 172K for his and dont forget the 5 or 6 K for the walk thru
so that puts it around 177K now the prices have gone up since they boat theirs, which was right around the time I bought mine. I would say close to 200K, before you start dealing...
