The cargo area is 19'2. That is to the sink. You will loose about three feet with the stove. The trailer has 5.5 onan gold generator,dual A/C units,two fuel tanks,one for gen. and one for pump station. Bay windows,electric tongue jack and fiberglass sides. Call for more details 714-222-8835
