Baby on the way and have to play the responsible person for a while. I dont know what I'll get next, I will have some time to deceide. This will also get me brownie points with the wife so that she wont say much on my next purchase.

You know with a baby on the way you've gotta move up to a bigger boat, safer for the baby. That's what I tell my wife wink

Don't forget that you'll probably also need to get something with twins....You know, safer to have 2 motors in case one goes bad while you are out in the water.. :D :D

Yeah I would like somthing in the twin motor range. The getting a bigger boat so it will be safer for the baby would work if it were say over 100 feet long and had a trolling motor for power. I might be able to convence her to letting me put on a 36 volt motor though. See guys thats how I was able to get the Howard was by telling her it was big so that her and the baby would be safe, I also convenced her the boat did 50-52 MPH. Eventually she caught on to my lie about the speed thing when she finally figured out that the gauge that reads 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8x100 was not the speedometer, she actually told me after a short ride that she saw the little needle thingy go to 62 on the gauge and you told me it wouldnt go over 50. Oh well. nedles to say she doesnt go out with me much in the boat.
Ken when are you geeting the AO?

We are currently set to pick up the AO in havasu the week of Oct 12-17 if all is done on time and looks like we are ahead of schedule now.(fingers crossed). Its out of mold and all glassed together as far as top and bottom and cockpit. Now just interior glassing, cut holes, gauges, interior and motor, drive. I say just that, we will see. Talk to ya later Ken

Thanks Ken, I'm triin not to think about selling but it is inevitable. Maybe I can just sell the motor and keep the boat, this way I can have extra cash for the baby. Do you think I can get this by the wife?

Hul, you always have a 50/50 shot. If ya keep the boat I got a blown 468 that will keep it respectable, we can talk about.
Your welcome to shotgun for me any time, you will just have to get used to 80-85 mph, at least till the warranties up or cut me a sweet deal on your motor??????????????????/
