Jacuzzi Jet, Spectra hull Value?

I have the opportunity to buy a project jetboat (Spectra 23) that has an engine I would like to use for my own project. I am curious about ballpark values on the jet and the hull. The complete Jacuzzi looks decent, all there, but I didnt look for the model number - it is not rebuilt but was "running fine". The hull is stripped of guages, decking, trim, and interior. It does have the steering, throttle and forward/reverse cables. The hull would need to be prepped and painted, etc., but has no visible damage (wrecks, cracks). The boat comes with a clear title, and an ugly trailer.
Anyone have any suggestions about what I might expect to realistically recover from the boat and jet, either together or seperately?

there are no spectra 23ft boats made, there was one spectra 24ft made with a jacuzzi, this is not a spectra or it is a 20ft spectra
