After screwing around with back problems and two surgerys for 3 years, I finally make it to the lake for the first time after selling my boat 4 years ago. A long story short, I figured i'd be a man and not wear sunscreen. Now i'm crying like a baby, and trying everything I can get my hands on. I'm just couroius what you guys do for a bad burn.

Tylenol, cool baths and a couple of days.
Welcome back to the H20. Invest in some SPF45. :)
Nice C6 too.

Nuttin like cold aloe to make the nips hard, and the back is still a little tender from the last surgery (L1-L2 fusion 3 months ago). The sun did turn my scars bright ass purple for some reason. And even with the sunburn, it was GREAT TO BE BACK ON THE LAKE. Now it's time to sell the Vette and buy another boat!
