Lets see some Howard Cat pic's and info. I just brought one....Not sure how to post the pic's..It is a project..being built at home. New 2003 hull and interior. Cannot say enough about Gene and his son at Howard. They are great people..

sf,i had the american offshore 26 same boat as yours.go with a least 700hp or you will be sorry and bored.bad ass boat needs a bad ass motor give the girl a good heart she will fly.i started off with a 454 mag.only ran it a few times before i went blown.this was a few years ago before cat were the hot thing,and going 70mph in a 26 foot cat is not to exciting.

For those of you that dont know what Blownhowardcat has under the hatch its a teague 800. I had the pleasure of watching 100 mile passes while cruising with him at Elsinore. Gotta give it up to Howard boats they put out a nice one!!! Hey Blown did you guys get the Standoff boxes you were talking about???

Teague blown BBC Teague bravo xr 28 prop Nice.... Very nice!! We have to get some Howard owners together and go take over Havasuz' one weekend!! I just bought my boat hull and interior only. I will be doing the rest at home looking for some idea's for the motor. Figure I should have her up and running by May, I better or the wife will be pissed off!!

I just go ta digital cam but mine is undergoing a major makeover. it is in the photo gallery somewhere. crazyhippy brought it up once. it is the 2000 L.A boatshow boat if anyone remembers. They might be a little slower thatn some others but you cant beat the looks and quality. I hope you guys bring those Howard Cats to the BBSP this April. I'd like to check them out and compare. Anyone in nor Cal area with these????

Big Block Spanking Party. I think they're on version 5 now. Seems to have become a tradition, bunch of outboard guys get together in speed alley at Havasu and look for noisy big blocks to beat up on. I went last year and had a good time (just watching though). Nice folks, some very quick boats, and sunny weather make for a good day on the water.
Hopefully this year some serious car-boats will show up and put those whackers in their place! :p
