We just had our first baby and our priorities have changed. Unfortunately for us, we have to sell our river house. Built in 1999, itÂ’s a 1900 sq. ft, two story home, in a gated community right near the river.
ItÂ’s located in Mohave Valley Arizona, right across the river from Needles, about a mile south of the bridge. This is an awesome location, half way between Laughlin and Havasu.
