Who was the goofball on the 210 west bound in the Upland area yesterday @ 5:30 pm pulling a nice Cheetah in THE FAST LANE doing only about 45 mph blocking traffic????????

maybe they were drivng at the very top of their ability.. :rolleyes: just think what will happen when they get the boat in the water..lol
