hey guys i thought i would share a few pics of my new boat. i bought the boat awhile ago from a fellow ***boater in the spam section. the boat was in tom papps shop having a motor built for it when i bought it. and it was finished today! i am excited cant wait to take it out thursday after work. tom and his guys did a great job everything looks great, and they are a nice bunch of people. they went above and beyond in my opinion. the motor is a 468bbc, merlin heads, dual 750 demon carbs with a roller cam. thanks tom papp and crew. and also mainevent5150. this is my first jet i sold the outboard. ill post more pics of it tomorrow on the lake and let you guys know how this thing rips.

took the boat out today after work. the only problem i had was i forgot to put the new registration stickers on the boat, and got stopped at the ramp by lake patrol. i put about an hour of run time on it never took it over 3k rpms. which was very hard to do but i want to give it a good break in. the boat ran awesome though, i am very satisfied. driving a jet is a lot different than an outboard. took a while to get used to the steering. i probably never went faster than 35mph but it was the most fun ive had putting around before. heres a few more pics of the boat. ill probably have it back out on san vicente this weekend, anyone going to be there?

Looks good. Congrats on the boat.
Going from an outboard to a tunnel-rammed jet. Wow. You are gonna think the rooster is raw fuel. You're going from a gas gauge that wouldn't move to one that won't stop.

yeah i know i will be doing a lot less cruising with this boat. ive always wanted a hot rod so better now than later. gas isnt getting any cheaper.
thanks again
