I have a 2000 model 90. On the older V4's I understand that the different HP ratings were created w/ compression ratios and carbs. Is it true w/ the newer OB's and if so, how much HP can be derrived from a low hour 90?
EDIT: I can't just buy a larger engine since any extra wieght would most likely sink the boat that the 90 is on. I just want to find out how much is still left in the engine or should I go find an older 140.
