Hey everyone, I just bought my first boat, a project 1977 Hawaiian. I got if off ebay, it is missing the motor, needs interior work, and needs paint. It had a 396 in it, and came with the mounting plates, no exhaust though. I am a ford guy, and want to put a BBF in it. Where can I find the right brackets, and would anyone want mine? From what I have read mine is a 4pt mount. Any input or suggestions would be awesome, I really want to get it running for this summer, then do the paint and interior over next winter.

Post pick of the mounts. I have a friend doing an Olds swap to a 454 Chevy that can use them.

So the PTo is like a yoke correct? My list is a motor, corresponding mounts, headers, ignition, and anything else? Also, I searched here and ebay and couldnt find anything. Are there any other classified forums or places to buy the parts I need?
Thanks!

I've got a near complete, but fully dis-assembled '78 Hawaiian that was 460 powered, missing fuel tanks, engine, and basic hardware (nuts and bolts) to put back together. Do a search in the SPAM section for Hawaiian for sale. Lots of pic's.
Might work a deal on the whole package if someone has a friend making a trip from the Seattle/Tacoma area down to mid/southern Cal, as I have a block and heads that need to make the trip too.

hey,
I have a nicson rear mount I am getting rid of, along with a flywheel, off of my 460. I also have a PTO that will go with it, I am upgrading to a flexplate style. Flywheel will need a new ring gear Glenwood Marine should have one, around 50 dollars.
interested? I'll sell it cheap, 80 bucks.
I also have Nicson exhaust logs with elbows, exhaust bells, and the rubber hose part that connects them. They aren't perfect, but they are decent.

Talk to paul Kane at hydroflow dynamics. He will help you out
I google searched hydroflow dynamics and found nothing. How do I get ahold of him/them?
What are my brackets worth?
Also, does anyone have a picture album online of doing something similiar to their boat? I have searched and had no luck.
Thanks

What a coincidence...I have the marine parts complete with Glenwood front plate, waterpump cover, rear bell housing, coupler and driveshaft. I have a Milodon 10-qt jet boat oil pan, too. I was intending to build a 400-500HP "460 Jet boat swap build" and put the whole package in the classifieds here on the Forum. But nothing is set in stone.
Hawaii50, got your PM. I am in the San Francisco Bay Area. Will contact you on Monday or so.
