hp, I owned the second boat that stolarz made. Had that boat for almost 10 years, just sold it a couple of months ago. There is not a 23' cat that I'm aware of that will handle big water like the warrior cat. Very fun to drive and will take all the horsepower that you'd want. Like most cats it will hop around a bit in flat water, might consider just puting the dana trim tabs on right from the start. Your welcomed to send me a e-mail if you would like...good luck

hpron,
I own the 1st 23' warrior ever built and would have to agree with jm2drvr that this boat can handle chop, horsepower, and speed very well. The boat is built very strong and is a blast to drive. I added the trim tabs and standoff box. The trim tabs helped in planing out and if you trim up the boat right I really don't have to much porpoise (Even with trim tabs all the way up). Which warrior are u looking at at DCB? They had two. Well good luck with what ever u do.

HP, both the warriors at DCB sold, my old boat just sold last week, the other one a few weeks prior. Have you inquired what a new one would cost...I know the 28's would go for about 95-100k with twin small blocks.

HPRON,
My friend is selling a 1999 DCB Mach 22 with a brand new 300x that has one year warranty. Super clean boat. Should run high eighties / low ninties. e-mail bradgilligan@aol.com, if interested.
