I know some of you guys saw that I've been cleaning out the attic.
Tucked this away back in 1978. I know it's not boat related, but before
I tuck it away again, thought maybe some of you could identify with the
backyard handiwork of the 70's....No cad drawings here

Very nice! I like the 40 DCOE Weber sidedrafts on the motor.
Just about 4-5 years ago, I sold my Russ Collins CB750K2 motor to a collector in LA. Russ was the first person (I think) to get into the sevens using three of those engines in a bike...took the glory away from Harley:

Don't ever sell that toy;you'll regret it.

I have to get a pic of my buddys bike. It is built by the owner of Champion frames to compete againts the Kawas. It has a Yamaha twin with a third cylinder welded on.
Unfortunetly the owner passed away before the bike was finished and it "never" got ran.

Yep, you gotta keep it. Everytime I see stuff like this I think of all the stuff I gave away. I still have my, bought new, Schwin Apple Crate bicycle. :) It is all orignal, except for the seat.

My Dad kicks himself in the ass for selling his 1934 ford 3- window and '40 ford sedan delivery...taught me a lesson--still have my 1st base ball glove.

My father in law has a 73 honda 350 that he built for the barstow to vegas run in 73,he finished 4th or 5th in his age group. the frame is chrome molly and the engine was bored to 412. I am really not into bikes but this thing is awsome. We need to keep these treasures in tact to remind us of where we came from...v-drive
