Ultra John picked up Jesse James boat in a compound transaction.
Perhaps paid a little premium for it somewhere in there, damfino, but seemed like John got a fair deal on a nice boat.
On the strength of Brown being 2006 Dickman of the year, is his boat worth more?
Is there such a thing as added celib value in a boat or car?

Considering Jesse never rode/drove in the boat, and that the motor is bad after 10hrs...... I'd say NO :) :argue: :rollside:

Is my 38' Donzi (wich is for sale now...need to post in spam section) worth more since Camron Diaz drove it in the first Charlies Angels?
I hope so!

Hey DT, think of how much that Donzi would be worth if I hammered Camron in that thing.
Go ahead and set it up and I'll help you out.

Not true, I heard Jesse ran it upwards of 115 m.p.h.

I'd say in the case of Ultra John you have to really dig what your buying (it is a very cool boat) but, it's not for everyone. I think it has a very narrow resale window like before Jessie James is forgot about. The graphics also shrink the the resale public celeb or not. Fads change and we see this all the time.
I also think Sandra Bullock is now worth at least half sense she married him.

Yup, Jesse James boat will be worth more as the years go by. As a new boat, maybe not so much ($1000 more). But 20 years from now...it will be worth a mint. Collectors out there.
Its when you have more than one bidders that it becomes a collector. What's hot right now are mid 70's-early 80's Eliminator Daytona's w/big original motors. $20k-$60k+.

Uh, it doesn't run anywhere close to that speed. Maybe only in my dreams.

I wonder how much it would go up in value if Tom Brown hammered Jesse James in the boat.

I don't think I could. Jesse scares me so I'd probably turtle.
