I have a set without valves and springs. They have about 3 hrs on them new, guides and hardened seats. If you are interested let me know and I will pull the casting #s. They have been machined for double springs, oval port; I believe they are open chamber. They are in Havasu.

Flat tops.............
In that case you don't want open chambered heads, you won't have any compression, semi closed chambers is what you need!..

Thanks for the info, i was thinking closed chambers would work better. The short block was a old turbo motor, so it already has low compresson pistons. I just bought a new Engle turbo cam for it, now i don't need it because i'm not going to run the turbo's anymore.
