It is a 2000 model with a 502EFI that has been worked over by Tyler Crockett to bring it to 503 hp. Can you all please give me some feedback on some of the negatives and positives you've heard about these cats. Thank You.

I don't know much about awesome cause they are an East coast boat but I do know they are typically layed up heavy, which isn't a bad thing.....If you plan on doing the ocean or any large lakes better to have a stif hull under ya :D

What year is it? What do you have for power? I think they are the old Chris-Cat mold. They have been made lighter in recent years.

I didn't think the old Chris-Cats had a center pod.

Awesome Powerboats is located in the Detroit area. Jim and Marie Jones own the company now. I don't know where the 26' came from, but the 3100 is the old Shadow Cat raceboat, sistership to the Chris Cat(American Offshore).
