the other thread got me thinking, so heres the formula purchase price of boat divided by the hours you have logged. I am at $2400. an hour. :cry: I really gotta get that number down.

The cost I have figured out to run a blown cat/v 24ft and up is $10,000/ month for the summer months that you use it.
I may get some disagreements on this but take into account-insurance, fuel, payments, storage, breakdowns, new/rebuilt legs, changing props, trailer upkeep, rebuilding motor every year or so, etc etc. The dough is spillin out of your azz.

I don't know about hourly. But I do know that my H.P. is $700, Boat Pay is $420 plus utilities. Gas is free thru company. I need to be in Havi at least 2 times a month.
