I agree 100%. It's amazing looking back 3-4 years ago when you COULD NOT find a used DCB on the market anywhere. Now you have your choice of 26's, 28's, 29's, 34's...I don't think it'll effect Dave too much, but you can see how his clientel has change over the years.

1/3 of the price? You're saying he paid almost 400k. I'd bet you could build that same boat for approx 20% more than he's selling it for. Show me a DCB on the market that's 1/3 of the price.

It's not on the market any longer...But the all white open bow F-29 with #6's and 900's sold for about 1/3 the price, LOL. I think Dave will be rolling ove rin his grave about that one :crossx:

Not the buddy that is building the 29, but his other friend that was building a F26?....probably not as I thought he did a 496.

Yep, that's Jeff's boat. His was the 26 built right after mine, his was delivered a week before the June 2nd Regatta. Beautiful boat. Talked to him a couple days ago--kicking around the idea of going bigger (not talking about DCB 29)...I mean bigger, faster, and crazy.
Jeff--when you read this...remember what I say-- KEEP IT :)
