Finally got my engine, took a while to ge it in, and now its plumbed, ready for the carb, and ignition...hopefully running the river Monday...Thanks for everyones help...

Saw it on the dyno thursday, apparently old and out by 50hp, but still showed 520 hp. and massive torque. So 520-570hp...can't wait to hit the water...

Whats in the motor?

Believe its 489 ci, merlin heads, dart intake, think its 10:1 compression, has a marine comp cam...have to get the details from the builder

...I hope so, but doubtful...amazing how things go overtime, and over budget...been fun though...look forward to my next one...get my fuel pump, and new distributor Wednesday and am going straight to the water
