View Full Version : Ford 460 Oil Pan needed

Need oil pan for 460 Ford.......must be center to 3/4 back sump for fit into the hull. Rear sump will not clear the pump intake housing bolts.

I Would Move The Motor Mounts To Accomodate The Rear Sump Pan If Possible!

I would have to raise the motor mounts about 1" to clear the jet water intake bolts and would be concerned about the driveline angle.

Wiill the Milodon pan fit? They are shorter in the rear than the front, just so that they may clear the jet pump intake. Go to Milodon and check dimensions, I think they are 8.75" front and 7.00" rear.
I have one complete with Zeus'd-in windage tray and CJ rear pickup if interested. Looks just like this one:
