If I had my way I would tell the little lady screw the diesel pusher moho and lets buy a Larry Peto 1350 like the 2 in the predator boat.
That would be one nasty lake boat. But she wants luxury for the dunes.

oh yea a couple of 1350 bullets would be nice.i cant belive your boat has not sold yet.

Boatnam: Thanks for the offer. I know that a trade won't work for the 2 closed bow Magics, one guy died and his wife needs to pay off the loan
and the other one is buying a Skater. The open bow boat could possibly work if you like that one, he is unhappy with the service at Magic and merely wants out of it. I'll let you know.

Boatnam: that would be Dave Curry. Super nice
folks and I'm glad that they're happy. It was a
new boat last summer and at Tahoe, it got into a
big windstorm while it was tied up and got loose
and ended up under water for the night. The insurance company replaced everything except the
fiberglass and then Dave bought it. Nice boat.
Matt: Did he buy the skater or the Talon 37 or
the Awesome 38? Let me know, we want photos!

Keith,
I asked him if he had talked to you, so I thought you knew.
He ended up with the Hustler 377 Talon. The skater just porpoised to badly from 50-70mph.
Okay I am not sure how to post images on this board.

The Talon 377 that your dad bought is killer!
Congratulations to Ron Courson! 134 mph with 675
Keith Eickert motors. Wow! Congrats to Matt also. I'd be borrowing it from dad right away.

It'll be a while before I even ask to take it out.
I think 134 is a bit out of reach for the set up it has now. The blowers are under driven right now. So we are not making the boost that it could. But I think we would prefer to keep the reliabity then the 10-12 mph that we might gain. Powerboat tested pratically the same set up and it ran 122.7.
