I have 3 swamp collers in my shop, and 1 all of a sudden seems like the " HI " is like " Low " and the " Low " is like really ' Low ". What would cause that?

sounds like the switch is going bad. I had a 30" fan that did the same thing before it went completely out.

Do you think the switch on the motor or the switch in the shop?

possible loose drive belt , worn pulleys

The belt is good and not slipping, the drive is good, just acts like it's in low all the time, then in low it's really slow blowing. The other two blow like crazy and this one used to. Just asking before I had to replace it. Thanx

Go to your local swamp cooler parts place and ask them. There is not much to a swamp cooler. A motor, a pump, and a water float. And an on off switch. If it has two speeds, then it has a relay with a voltage divider usually built into the blower fan motor.
Swamp coolers don't work very well in the months of July-September. If the Dew point is above 45 degrees, Don't expect much more that 88 degrees at the blower output.
In April, may and June when its dry (dew point below 40 degrees) out put is in the lower 60's

Thong Magnet is correct, There is nothing you can really do. Most house down here in the High desert run on swamp cooler due to the 100 weather and the cost of regular A/C, The past two days my house has been around 80 due to all the moister in the air and the rain is not helping  I just want it all to go away.

Yeah I think your right. I'll just replace the motor.....we have basically no huminity here, so it does pretty well in the shop with three of them. I'll go get me a motor. thanks

Well if there is no humidity in your area then it is the Motor I have to replace mine every year cause the thing is working around the clock to keep my fat ass cool in the summer . If that still does not work check your pads they might also need to be replaced
