Hydrofoil On 300 Promax

I just realized that my new boat has one of those hydrofoil planning tab things that mounts on top of the motor. should i take this thing off do i need it???, the boat is a 22 daytona.

I just realized that my new boat has one of those hydrofoil planning tab things that mounts on top of the motor. should i take this thing off do i need it???, the boat is a 22 daytona.
If it's on there, it's for a reason. The 22 Daytona is a heavy boat for a single 300PM so it's possible that planing is much easier with foil.
Did you buy a prop? If not, check your other thread...TunnelT's is for sale. That prop is perfect for your setup.
