(CBS) RIVERSIDE, Calif. An 86-year-old woman was killed Tuesday when a motorist backing out of her driveway inadvertently ran over the woman, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The woman was walking on a sidewalk on Limetree Lane near Greentree Drive about 6 a.m. just as Sang Ham, 57, of Riverside, was pulling out of her driveway in her 2005 Lexus, said CHP Officer Jace Parent.
Ham did not see the victim, who was pronounced dead at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Riverside, Parent said.
The driver was not cited, the officer said.
The victim's name was withheld pending notification of relatives.

Exactly what I was thinking... If it was her mother in law, don't you think the relatives know!!! or could figure it out.
