I went there via I-5 to Redding to 299, to 101. BIG mistake. That 299 is a B#%&#. So, I came back down 101 to 20 to 5. Also a BIG mistake because there is a rock slide south of Garberville that has 101 down to 1 lane, and they were escorting traffic through. Sat there waiting for my turn for about 50 minutes while they let the northbound through. Next time, I think I'll fly :D
