Any one with bigger boats (28+) should not use Callville Launch. The drop off the end of the concrete is almost a foot. With a dually in four low I could not get the boat out.

Maybe you should warm up your transmission next time

I pulled out my 32 and we pulled a few 38's out of there on Saturday and Sunday. Stay to the left of the ramp (facing it).

All the way to the left as in the last possible lane?

When I pull out my 9 inch I try and hit the middle.
No telling what's on the left. :)

My brother launches his 40' Formula SS out there at that ramp, so I'll see what he does for the best spot on the ramp tomorrow. That thing has to back way in to get off the trailer (22,000# boat).

Yes, but get out of the truck and check it out. It may change due to power loaders.

wow i generally have to be careful at most ramps but there was no problem for me even though i have a 25' my hull is a cat with semi deep v (eliminator thing) and requires a shit load of water before it floats generally my third axel drops off before it floats at some ramps

Yup left side if your facing the water is the best. I launch there every weekend since april.
