I read an article that stated legal opinions that Ken Lay's stolen fortune is probably rendered untouchable because of his death. Being that he died suddenly and unexpectedly, I'm wondering if he didn't maybe make arrangements for a death certificate while enroute out of the country. Has anyone seen the body?
