alky plug tutorial, lost mine

I believe that fiat posted on how to tune alky motors with ngk plugs, I had it but my pc shit the bed and now it is gone. Planning on running my shit box 61 on straight e 85 and need to know how to tune it.
Can ya repost it please?

Start out NGK 8 heat range.
Watch the ground strap and the cad burn.

Closer and probably close enough for you. Taking about 3/4 of the cad.

If I understand this correct, leaner means hotter and will burn the cad off? also a new set of plugs every pass or does it take a few passes to get coloring in them?

Leaner burns more cad and will probably take a couple runs.

I won't say does not detonate but less prone to. Keep timing conservative at 34 degrees. Whatever you think will be fat.....fatten that 10 more. Get it down the track alive...it will still run good fat. Then lean from there. Wide tuning window.
