we use Peter (aka the outboard Dr.) in havasu, he can usually get us out the same day depending on what needs to be done. don't know anyone in So Cal.

I know there is an outboard shop right around the corner from you over by the new Rex Marine location. It's office Terrace Way in San Dimas. Not sure if they're reputable, I just think that's what they do.
What type of boat did you end up buying then?
