Optical illusion.. the road is crooked not the truck
No way........I was all around this guy.......it was jacked. True the road has a slight curve there.....but is to the right.

They didn't get the spring pins back in the axle pads to locate the rear. Shoddy job.

I've been behind a couple trucks with the Santee slant that I thought were way off, but it turned out the front end was a couple inches wider stance on purpose...

I thought that at first too, but if you look underneath you can see the inside of the front right tire.......this one wasn't widened.

Most of the domestic 4Xs are about 2 inches wider on each side in the front due to the spindles. So, you will typically see a slightly wider track from the front that the rear. This one is just plain crooked.

Either an accident or suspension work not done properly.

Looks like he has a beefy rear end. Is that stock?

Hard to say if this truck was in a bad accident or if the suspension guys screwed up.
I think the rear end looks stock but might have had some type of gussets added for strength.
