Hey Guys,
Ive been looking for buildings for quite a while now and I can find plenty of large buildings off the freeway but none that are really of the right size. My question is would it be worth getting a larger building and then just rent out or have warehouse accounts for the remaining space that I dont need. If so how hard is it to get warehouse accounts.
