help! I need a place to stay at for the cobra regatta(aug 4th to 6th)

I was going to use a friends place but now his parents are going to havasu and they need to use it...
Can anyone help me out and rent me out a place?

It's not mine. A friend built them last summer, it'a a duplex. He has one & rents the other one out. I didn't have the funds to split it with him.
