I just want to make sure that the races are Sat and Sunday correct. The Long Beach website shows August 11 & 13th.

As usual the City's website is all screwy. The dates for the races are August 12 & 13. Set up (no racing) is in the afternoon on the 11th.

I take the 210 w. to
the 605 south
to 7th west (22 becomes 7th) then...
Left on Santiago
Right on Colorado
Left on Nielto
then a quick left on E. Paoli taking you straight through the intrance gate.
If the parking lot is full, I park in the surrounding neighborhoods.

If you plan on watching from the sand, bring an ez up and a dolly to tow it with because it's a hike from the parking area (especially if you don't get there early).
If you're travelling light, and want to visit the boat display on the other side of the stadium bring a bicycle.
