Took the Condor out Saturday.

It ran great for the 1st run. (About 45 minutes) then we headed to the beach to let it cool down and check things over.
All looked good so we went out for a second run.....
About 30 minutes into the second run.. She made a horible noise.. :220v: :cry: :cry: :cry:
Not sure what the noise was, But we will be pulling the motor Next weekend and dropping the pan. :cry: :cry: :cry:

Mikester thinks it might have spun a bering. I don't think it was that major. Sounded more external.. like somethink hitting the flex plate. Starter may have engaged when the boat came down from the roller.
Gonna pull it anyway just to be sure.

This motor was built for a truck.. never fired. Guy rolled the truck prior to the install. We got it for a song and a dance, went over it real well. Checked torque on all bolts primed the oil pump 3 times. transfered all the "BOAT" stuff over... fired it... did the cam break in... took it to the lake.... and ran fine.
Then the "NOISE"
