Stacy and I are going on saturday.
Anyone know if they allow dogs? It would save me 2 hours of driving if they do.

Kings, either side will be good. I like the side where they launch and pit. But really there is not a bad seat in the house. That's what is so great about that place.
Print this out to save 3 bucks.

Thinking of going tomorrow. These are the same races as the ones in Parker at Thanskgiving, right?
Never been to LB Marine Stadium should I take chairs? How early before the races should I get there?

Just show up any time. Chairs are a good idea but I like to scoot around and check out everything so I take a bike. The view from the beer garden was pretty good. But I like to stand down by the ramp so I can see them run down the straight and into the turn. But all and all there really is not a bad seat in the house. That's why the beach is so great.
At the end of today the K69 flipped. Driver was ok and they did get the boat back on the trailer. I don't know about the damage but it didn't look to bad from afar. Then the boat with the big allison engine ran up on the rocks. It was late in the day and at the point I left.
The crackers were killer (those dudes are fockin crazy and worth the price to get in by themselves) as were the K's.
But I'm a GN fan and let me tell you... Maxumis's boat, "Plan B" #305 stole the show. The boat's bad azz and the old dude behind the wheel is THE MAN!! That boat is a 1959 (I think) Rayson craft that's all wood. Go take a look at it when you go.
Superstock and PS had a good turn out and always have you on the edge of your seat.
The little outboards are ok and when the seedoos race, well that's a good time to hit the food stand.
Wish I could be there tomorrow.

If you park across from the pit/main area you sit closer to the action. Take chairs, beer, EZ up, bicycles to ride to main side. You will want to cruise around, its a large area if you see both sides of the stadium. You could even drive your RV, just get there early.Parking on the main/pit side fills up quick and they will want to shuttle you back and forth from a off site parking lot. Thats why I suggest parking on the opposite side, set up a spot and ride a bike around. Thats what we did and it was a perfect day.
