gear exchange??? [Archive]

isn't there a place that sells reman gears for a v-drive? i remember buyin some 5yrs ago from somebody that sold em to me for 150.00 + exchange.anybody know of anyone doin this anymore???
lookin for some 22's or close to it for a 12 degree casale for 10 spline shaft, thanks

I exchanged a set of gears from Beaverfab and was real happy with them.
Went from 18% to 32% and they run smooth and any gear whine noise is barely noticable.
I definitely need to get one of those upper bearing pullers next time I do that job though.

I'll take the 12s.... I just sent my last set to Michigan. He's sending me his 22% in return. I try to keep a good range of ratios in house so I would rather swap. If your set on keeping yours...$100 plus shiping. Call me i'll be working all weekend.
