Try here:
Havasu Springs Resort (http://www.havasusprings.com/)
I don't know about Park Models. But they do have trailers and manufactured homes. Most (if not all) are privately owned and rent the spaces from the Resort.
The ones for sale are for sale by their individual owners.

I tried that, the springs management dont get involved in the sales,I think the only way to find stuff is actually driving through, kinda tough from san diego.Trying to look on here 1st

There are some Local Realitors here on HB.COM who could probably look into that for you. I not I know several Realitors in town.

When we were looking the Park Models up against the hill, the ones right by the entrance, were brand new in 2001. At that time they were going for ~$150k plus the $500 per month space rental fee. We built a house in Havasu instead. Still should have bought one though as I heard they are now selling for over $350k!

we've looked at alot of older units in the 150K range. Most just need a little freashing up. A few weekends, or pull a full week. And we could make it really nice for very little $$$$. get the acoustic ceiling off, get a nice hand texture up there...... piece of cake. some nice inexpensive flooring, it would be DOPE!!!! DO IT!!
