Driver Accused Of Human Smuggling

SAN DIEGO -- One man is taken into custody, accused of trying to smuggle three illegal immigrants across the border.

The three people were found in a van, sewn into the vehicle's seats.
The driver, a 33-year-old U.S. citizen, presented officers with a valid California driver's license and birth certificate. Officials said the inspector noticed that the driver was acting nervous and ordered the driver into secondary inspection.
A closer inspection of the van uncovered two men and a woman crammed into the seats under the upholstery, according to a news release from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The illegal immigrants were removed from the seats. The driver is being charged with smuggling

I've heard of people getting their upholstery done in Mexico but thats a bit much. :rollside:

what kind of stuffing would you like in your seats sir cotton, polyster, or human....i think i take the human for extra comfort :220v:

I remember those from earlier this year. Guess they figured worked so well would try again.

These are from the story you linked to. Maybe it really only happened once but the story was so good they reported it again. :)
