Last week I ran across a killer deal on a couple more Peavey SP-2s

but since all of my other amps are driving other speakers I spend this morning auditioning some new amps for my rack.
Like I need another amp. more speakers more power argh argh argh :rolleyes: I'm up to 10k Watts RMS combined system power and I'm buying more :D I need help I guess. So anyhow
I checked out a couple of used amps one a Peavey CS-800.. 400 W. Rms per channel old school monster weighs about 80 pounds.

and a newer Peavey PV-8.5C 550 W. Rms per channel.

The 8.5 sounded cleaner. and the cooling fan runs a little quieter but still I couldn't decide on which one to get so what do I do ? ... I buy them both :d now I have an extra amp and that means only one thing ....... I need more speakers :cry:
Anybody else have a SPL addiction ?
I think I need an asprin. :(
