I just fell on and broke the splash guard on my '80 sanger ski-hydro. If anybody has info on where to find one please let me know.

It's just plexiglass and they are not that hard to make. Make a templete out of cardboard. Mark the middle and the ends of the corrners. Transfer that onto a peice O plexi that is cut to shape. Now you will need a helper for the next step. You need to heat the plexi. Don't use a torch. I set up some 175 Watt flood lamps. I used 8 of them but I bet less would work. I rigged it up so I had 4 facing the other 4. Sliped the plexi in between them, heated it up and with the help of another bent it around. Others have said they used two propane heaters for the heat source.
Ok Ok, I mssed the first one up but the second one came out pretty dang good.
