No, haven't had any luck yet. I hate when this
happens. I asked his wife about the soap on a

They are the colored dock lines or anchor rope

I don't know if it floats but there is rope that looks like what you are looking for @ HomeDepot.
You might want to give Pelican Rope Works a try at:
