Unless my birdy lied, which he didn't, the 300xs ran strong and got great mileage. Tony's old F-26 with X's and Tunnel's ran together in the low 100's.

He exists. Congrats on the boat. We do want numbers though.
What's the comment about enough gas to fill a tanker? Those engines are supposed to be better on gas.

T and I ran side by side Friday night, but it was not a very fair test/race. I was on E with two people in the boat, and he was full to the rim with four heads. Both running 34s I had him covered by a little. We'll wait to pair up at a later date to know for sure.

Hey kev, whats the deal on that roberm 22 with twins. I remember talking about it but i dont remember the story. Maybe pm that story?!
I talked to Robert about the situation, and it's not what I originally thought...
Robert, the owner's son wrecked/flipped their original 1997 Mach 22 and totalled it. As far as I know, the owner salvaged what he could and put the older motors on a new 2006 Mach 22 Hull. I thought all the old harware, crap, etc. was used on the new one, but apparently only the motors? Maybe Robert can chime in...
For the right price, it's a nice ride.

I just looked at an old PM from him...They used the old trailer, but had it repowdercoated. The motors were gone thru and detuned with lower compression heads to run on AV Gas. They are the 2.5 Drag motors with 300+hp @10k RPM. All new gauges, wiring, billet was used...
