should i replace them if i am rebuilding the motor?

yes you should replace them with arp studs or bolts cheap insurance

Yes replace them...and dont forget thread lock really important.

If its a stock motor i don't believe its necessary.

If you do replace them you'll need to aline hone the mains too. I left the old bolts in mine and turn 5k all day.

I agree, however, i replaced mine with studs and did not hone the mains and no problem so far. Mine runs 4900 rpms. I will hone them next rebuild.

I did put ARP in the rods though. ;)
